Program Eligibility and Validity Criteria:

The Rishta Rewards program is accessible to all registered users, contingent upon meeting target goals and adhering to other specified conditions. Membership becomes effective upon enrollment, allowing participants to accumulate points from that date onward.

HCCB retains the authority to modify the duration of the program and will inform participants of any such changes.

Program Functionality Step by Step:

Members of the Rishta Rewards program are advised against registering their mobile numbers for DND (Do Not Disturb) or NDNC (National Do Not Call), as all program communications will be conducted via SMS. Participants must maintain the confidentiality of their Rishta Rewards login credentials and exclusively utilize the credentials assigned to them. Strict adherence to this requirement is essential, and members should refrain from any practices that contravene it directly or indirectly.

Membership is non-transferable and is subject to both current and future program regulations. Acceptance of these terms and conditions takes effect upon enrollment in the Rishta Rewards Program. HCCB reserves the right to revoke or terminate an individual membership at its discretion.

Program Key Pointers:

• Points accrued through the program cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, cash advances, or used for payment against any incurred charges.
• HCCB may offer Rishta Rewards Program points and promotional offers selectively based on factors such as purchase activity, geographic location, and program participation.
• Points will be awarded only if users meet their specified targets (monthly or quarterly). In the absence of communicated targets, no points will be allotted for that period.
• Membership points hold no cash value and are non-transferable.
• HCCB reserves the right to adjust the number of Points awarded for qualifying purchases or alter how Points are earned at its sole discretion.
• Deposits in account balances will have an expiry period, with notifications regarding expiring points sent via SMS.
• As of January 2020, Reward Points remain valid for 15 months from the date of issuance. For instance, points awarded for January-February-March 2020 will expire by the end of June 2021, as per HCCBPL's KO calendar system. Members will receive notifications through SMS regarding these dates.
• Any amendments to these terms will be communicated in advance to members.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Indian Republic, with all disputes falling under the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore's courts.
